We’re no longer in the depths of a pandemic that gave rise to the “great resignation,” driving burnout to reach all-time highs.

I think it is safe to say workforce resilience is not only having a moment—the concept has finally come into its own.

As questions of requiring vaccinations to return to site, and hybrid work models are top of mind and will be well into 2022, most employers are far from breathing a sigh of relief.
