  I’m one of those people who likes stress. I like it a little too much. I think about downtime, but I rarely engage in it. I love to feel busy and active with lots of plates spinning.

  When you move, consistently, vigorously, a little or a lot, you help your body do what it was designed to do. Pick any activity—yoga, running, dancing, even just walking, and do it often.

  Every job carries a certain – even healthy – level of stress. A little bit can motivate you, but a lot can wreak havoc on your health.
